This author states that Lucifer will always find many ways to ridicule the Word of God.  One of Lucifer's ways is to create mythology and science fiction to attempt in thwarting our understanding of the Word of God.  These are only two primary examples of many that have a commonality in super human abilities and one has a correlation on this topic:

Scripture interprets scripture and there are countless patterns and double occurrences to teach and verify the scriptures.  Scripture does not contradict scripture.

Isaiah 28:10-13 10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: 11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. 12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. 13 But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

1. In the Garden of Eden was the Tree of Life to Give Eternal Life

In the Garden of Eden, there was the Tree of Life, that Adam and Eve ate freely.  After Adam and Eve violated the only law that God had given them by eating of the Forbidden Fruit, then Adam and Eve were exiled permanently.  God places a Cherub, not an ordinary Angel, to guard the Tree of Life.

The Cherub is a high-ranking and powerful Angel, that in the case of the Tree of Life, there are Biblical Scholars including this author that state the Cherub was necessary to defend against Lucifer taking the Tree of Life's Fruit to any human being so that they could continue to live forever.

The Tree of Life was destroyed in the Great Flood of Noah, but there will be more Trees of Life in Eternity in the New Jerusalem which give different fruits.  There is also a "water of life coming forth from the throne of God."  Note that the Trees of Life in eternity have many more special purposes.

Revelation 22:1-2 1 Then he showed me a river of the water of life, bright as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, 2 in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

2. Old Testament Law to NOT Drink Blood, and the Garments for Adam and Eve

Many Christians do follow the commandments and rituals of the Old Testament, that include more than the Ten Commandments.  All of the rituals and commandments in the Old Testament still have relevancy and purpose that was more than the initial understanding as they were to give God Glory, Worship, and point to Jesus Christ.

One of the specific commandments given by God multiple times was He instructed Israel to not consume blood.

Genesis 9:4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood; and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh atonement by reason of the life.
Deuteronomy 12:23 Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou shalt not eat the life with the flesh.

Notice the further admonition of Leviticus 17:11, along with the other scripture verses, that explains to us the significance of the blood:

In the Garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve hid and made a covering for their sin of eating the forbidden fruit, they used fig leaves.  God made clothing from animal skins that had far more of a significance than a better clothing.

The following is an excerpt from the Adam and Eve topic:

When both Adam and Eve ate the fruit and were confronted by God as a Father who loves His Children, both Adam and Eve had sewed fig leaves together as loincloths.  What changed was the introduction of a Fallen Nature and they then realized they were naked without the covering of light.

Genesis 3:7 Then the eyes of both were opened, and they knew that they were naked. And they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loincloths.
Genesis 3:21 The LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife, and clothed them.

When God made garments of skin for Adam and Eve, this was more than just to give them something better than fig leaves.  God could have given them many different things such as something made from the bark of a tree or some sort of current day cotton woven materials.

By giving God giving them the coats of skin, which Biblical Scholars point to being animal skin and fur, it was teaching the requirements that by the shedding of blood there was a covering for sins.  A covering of animal skin, which required the death of an animal was a temporary action that points to the redeemer, Jesus Christ who's death was a permanent payment for sins.

Hebrews 9:22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.
Ephesians 1:7 In Him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God s grace
Hebrews 9:14 How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!

3. The Holy of Holies - Isaiah Chapter 53

The book of Isaiah chapter 53 is often described by Biblical Scholars as the Holy of Holies of the Old Testament.  In verse 53:8, the "cut off from the land of the living" was informing us that the life was leaving Jesus Christ's body on the Cross.

The of Isaiah 53's verses are symbolism contains multiple beautiful fulfillments of many, many scriptural passages.  It is also the fulfillment of the first prophecy God gave Adam and Eve with the covering of animal skins.

Isaiah 53:7-8 7 He was oppressed and afflicted, Yet He did not open His mouth; Like a lamb that is led to slaughter, And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, So He did not open His mouth. 8 By oppression and judgment He was taken away; And as for His generation, who considered That He was cut off from the land of the living For the wrongdoing of my people, to whom the blow was due?

4. The Passover - Celebrate this as a High Sabbath

At the end of the enslavement of Israel in Egypt, the final act that had Pharaoh release Israel from slavery was the Passover Event that took the life of the first born of every family and every animal in Egypt unless the family had blood splattered on their door.  All Christians should understand that this is a foreshadowing of the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ.  Note that there were inferences that some Egyptian families recognized God through the Ten Plagues and did not suffer loss by also putting blood on their door posts.  The Ten Plagues will have another similar fulfillment in the Tribulation Period.

God instructed Israel to celebrate the Passover meal yearly on exactly the same day.  The Passover starts on the new day after sundown.   Jesus Christ died at 3pm on the day before Passover starts.

Restating for emphasis, the Jewish day is sundown to sundown, not the midnight to midnight that we currently follow.  See the topic on the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. to follow all the sixteen amazing profs and events that were prophesized to the exact day of 5-April-0032 AD that is the Nissan 14th.

In Exodus 12 the instructions by God are given to Moses to teach and require Israel to celebrate the Passover Event every year as read in Exodus 12:14.  Remember as already stated, the blood purpose on the door is to escape the Angel of Death as read in Exodus 12:7 and Exodus 12:23.  The Blood was not consumed or used as a drink as the Blood was a covering for sins to make Israel righteous.

Exodus 12:1-9 1 And Jehovah spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, 2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you. 3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to their fathers houses, a lamb for a household: 4 and if the household be too little for a lamb, then shall he and his neighbor next unto his house take one according to the number of the souls; according to every man s eating ye shall make your count for the lamb. 5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male a year old: ye shall take it from the sheep, or from the goats: 6 and ye shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at even. 7 And they shall take of the blood, and put it on the two side-posts and on the lintel, upon the houses wherein they shall eat it. 8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; with bitter herbs they shall eat it. 9 Eat not of it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roast with fire; its head with its legs and with the inwards thereof.
Exodus 12:14 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial, and ye shall keep it a feast to Jehovah: throughout your generations ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
Exodus 12:23 For Jehovah will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side-posts, Jehovah will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.

5. Jesus Christ Is the Bread of Life

There are several occasions in the Old Testament that Bread and Wine were pointing to the Messiah.  In Genesis 14:17-20, Melchizedek brought out bread and wine to bless Abram before the name of Abram was changed to Abraham.  Melchizedek is just one model of many on the celebration and worship we are to have for God.

Genesis 14:17-20 17After his return from the defeat of Chedorlaomer and the kings who were with him, the king of Sodom went out to meet him at the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the King s Valley). 18 And Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. (He was priest of God Most High.) 19 And he blessed him and said, Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Possessorb of heaven and earth; 20 and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand!

Jesus Christ has many tiles. Son of Man portrays His role in taking our place in bearing the punishment and restitution for:

Jesus Christ also has the title of the Second Adam.

In John chapter 6, Jesus Christ is speaking about giving the "food which abideth unto eternal life".  Notice these points:

  1. Jesus Christ is the bread of life.
  2. There is food unto eternal life.
  3. Son of Man, Jesus Christ, will give this food to us.
  4. The key is verse 35 that explains and summarizes that Jesus Christ is the source of life!
Some Biblical Commentaries will use the Feeding of 5,000 with fish and bread to explain the meaning of the Bread of Life is Jesus Christ.  This is absolutely a partial explanation but is not considering the Tree of Life from the Garden of Eden and the Trees of Life in Eternity.

John 6:26-27 26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw signs, but because ye ate of the loaves, and were filled. 27 Work not for the food which perisheth, but for the food which abideth unto eternal life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him the Father, even God, hath sealed.
John 6:35-51 35 Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. 36 But I said unto you, that ye have seen me, and yet believe not. 37 All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For I am come down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the will of him that sent me, that of all that which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. 40 For this is the will of my Father, that every one that beholdeth the Son, and believeth on him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

41 The Jews therefore murmured concerning him, because he said, I am the bread which came down out of heaven. 42 And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how doth he now say, I am come down out of heaven? 43 Jesus answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves. 44 No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him: and I will raise him up in the last day. 45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall all be taught of God. Every one that hath heard from the Father, and hath learned, cometh unto me. 46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he that is from God, he hath seen the Father. 47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth hath eternal life. 48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. 50 This is the bread which cometh down out of heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. 51 I am the living bread which came down out of heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: yea and the bread which I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world.

6. The Last Supper and the Passover

At the Last Supper, Jesus Christ does many things to have the events that will be occurring.

  1. The cup being drank by the Apostles at the Last Supper is confirmation that the bread and the "fruit of the vine" will not be "drink again" until we are reunited in Eternity in God the Father's Kingdom at the invitation event known as the Wedding Supper of the Lamb.  The fruit of the vine is absolutely wine.
  2. Jesus Christ will become the Passover Lamb where His Blood was shed for the payment and restitution for all of us that are chosen by God and accepting Jesus Christ as our Savior.
Matthew 26:26-29 26 Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after blessing it broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. 27 And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, saying, Drink of it, all of you, 28 for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. 29 I tell you I will not drink again of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father s kingdom.

7. Jesus Christ's Message of His Body and Blood

The verses of John 6:52-59 have often confused, caused many questions, and are the basis of an entire Christian denomination of Roman Catholicism.

Only a few biblical commentaries, that this author is aware, have correctly detailed and explained the correct meaning of the verses and have given the full scriptural collaboration and explanation.  This is mentioned to not offend or take any glory!  The reason for mentioning is all of us, including this author, need to always ponder, examine, and rely on the Holy Spirit for our continued growth in Faith and Love of our Awesome God!

There are over two-hundred types of figures of speech in the scriptures, such as a metaphors, as detailed in E.W.Bullinger's book.  Example of two well-known metaphors are when Jesus Christ states He is the door, and the other is God will cover us with His wings that have feathers,  Jesus Christ is not a door and God the Father does not have wings with feathers.

John 10:9-10 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Psalm 91:4 He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
Psalm 36:7 How precious is Your loving kindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings.

The additional key to understanding the entirety of John chapter 6 is verse 58 where Jesus Christ explains the metaphor that easily gives the understanding:

John 6:52-59 52 The Jews therefore strove one with another, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? 53 Jesus therefore said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, ye have not life in yourselves. 54 He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood abideth in me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father; so he that eateth me, he also shall live because of me. 58 This is the bread which came down out of heaven: not as the fathers ate, and died; he that eateth this bread shall live for ever. 59 These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum.

There is no reference scripture of us in eternity eating Jesus Christ's body or drinking Jesus Christ's blood.  The question is what is the summation explanation of the meaning of "eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, ye have not life in yourselves"?

The answer to the question is:

  1. Eating and drinking will continue in eternity from the Tree of Life and the Chrystal clear water coming forth from the Throne of God.
  2. The most intimate expression of our daily life on Earth and Eternity is our consumption of God in our live.
  3. Jesus Christ is the Word of God that is our nourishment for life now and in Eternity.
John 1:1-3 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made
John 1:14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth.
Revelation 19:13 11 And I saw the heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon called Faithful and True; and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 And his eyes are a flame of fire, and upon his head are many diadems; and he hath a name written which no one knoweth but he himself. 13 And he is arrayed in a garment sprinkled with blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
Matthew 4:3 1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he afterward hungered. 3 And the tempter came and said unto him, If thou art the Son of God, command that these stones become bread. 4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

8. During the Millennial Kingdom, when Jesus Christ Reigns, there Will Be Animal Sacrifices

Unbeknownst to many Christians, there will be animal sacrifices during the Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ at the Temple in Jerusalem.  The initial question is why would there be the sacrifices?  The answer, as discussed in the Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ topic is the animal sacrifices are not for removal of sin but memorials to show the world, through Israel's Levitical priesthood the perfect act that points and honor Jesus Christ which was not done perfectly in the Levitical Priesthood.

Roman Catholics do NOT have an explanation on why during the Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ that the Temple in Jerusalem:

  1. Will only be open on Saturdays (Shabbat) and other special days that include a new moon.
  2. There will also be animal sacrifices which refutes the Roman Catholic explanations on what the the Eucharist and Wine purposes are required for Salvation.

These two previous points, of many more that could be listed, then create these primary questions for the Roman Catholic to consider and realize their misconceptions:

  1. If the Mass is what Roman Catholic teachings state, then why is there no Mass conducted in the Millennial Kingdom at the Jerusalem Temple?
  2. It the Mass Eucharist is so vital and required for Salvation, why is there no Eucharist Ceremony conducted at the Temple during the Millennial Kingdom?  During the Millennial Kingdom there will be millions and millions of people that will not have Salvation and will follow Lucifer in the second Gog and Magog Armageddon event after the Millennial Kingdom completes.
  3. Why are none of the aspects of a Catholic Mass conducted in the Millennial Kingdom at the Temple in Jerusalem?
The following is an excerpt from the 1,000 Year Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ topic:

The Temple will only be open on Saturday (Shabbat) and a new moon.

Ezekiel 46:1 Thus saith the Lord God; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

There are sometimes disagreements between Biblical Scholars on whether there will be Temple Sacrifices occurring in the 1000 Millennial Kingdom.  Some Biblical Scholars, which this author agrees with, are stating the Temple Sacrifices are done as remembrance, memorials and celebrations that have nothing to do with removing of sins.

  • In Isaiah 54, the scriptural passages are discussing the future of Israel where in Isaiah 55:3, there is indication of the everlasting covenant.  The key verse is Isaiah 56:7 which indicates all nations will call the Temple a house of prayer where the burnt offering of sacrifices will be occurring.  This is prophetic as all nations have not ever called the Temple in Jerusalem a house of prayer.
  • Zechariah 14:16 discusses the survivors from "all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem".  The attacking from all nations, just not a few, will occur in the 70th Week of Daniel which includes the Gog and Magog Invasion attempt and the Tribulation Period's ending event at Armageddon.  In Zechariah 14:21, speaks about the sacrifices done on that day in the future.
  • In Jeremiah 33:15-18, the passage is detailing the future time when Jerusalem will finally live in safety that is not a false peace like the first 3.5 years of the 70th Week of Daniel.  Notice there will be a king from the line of David, which is is Jesus Christ, and also the actual King David will have a role during the Millennial Kingdom.  Verse 18 indicates a burnt offering and sacrifices.
Isaiah 56:7 these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.
Zechariah 14:16

Zechariah 14:21
16 Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.

21 Every pot in Jerusalem and Judah will be holy to the Lord Almighty, and all who come to sacrifice will take some of the pots and cook in them. And on that day there will no longer be a Canaanite in the house of the Lord Almighty.
Jeremiah 33:15-18 15 In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch sprout from David s line; he will do what is just and right in the land. 16 In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety. This is the name by which it will be called: The Lord Our Righteous Savior. 17 For this is what the Lord says: David will never fail to have a man to sit on the throne of Israel, 18 nor will the Levitical priests ever fail to have a man to stand before me continually to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings and to present sacrifices.

9. Celebrate the Eucharist and Wine

The Christian is the Temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are to present ourselves as a living sacrifice.  We do NOT have to go to any Church to celebrate a Communion Ceremony to change who we are in Christ as we already have the Holy Spirit and marked with Salvation.  We cannot lose Salvation.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

Can the experience of communion bring us closer in an experiential sense of an emotion? Yes, but we are NOT required in the scriptures to consume anything to receive Salvation and the same consumption is required to maintain our Salvation!

There are two references in the Christian Denominations that have nearly the same meaning and also nearly the same ritual concerning the word Eucharist and Communion.

  1. Eucharist Bread and Wine is emphasizing thanksgiving and a sacramental mystery.
  2. Communion Bread and Wine is emphasizing a sharing and understanding of Jesus Christ's work on the Cross.

Roman Catholics and Orthodox Denominations will state the bread and wine are the real body and blood of Jesus Christ after the ritual preparation.  Additionally, Roman Catholics will add water to the wine because of the sword that the Roman Soldier thrust into the side of Jesus Christ that His body gave forth water.

The final questions are:

1 Is the Eucharist the Body of Jesus Christ? No.  The Eucharist absolutely stays as a piece of bread and is not converted to the body of Jesus Christ.
2 Is the wine and the water in the Chalice the blood of Jesus Christ? No.  Rhetorically, no one should be eating human flesh or drank human blood?    No
In the communion event:
(a) It absolutely stays as a wine or grape juice and is not converted to the blood of Jesus Christ.
(b) Jesus Christ will drink the fruit of the vine again with all of us at the Wedding Supper of the Lamb.
4 Can we assume that Jesus Christ's Heavenly body is made of bread, and his blood vessels are flowing with wine? No.  The scriptural description of Jesus Christ when He came as the "Son of Man" and Jesus Christ in Eternity (Revelation 1:13-16) do NOT have Him looking like an advanced pastry made in a kitchen by a baker.
3 Is the Monstrance Holy and should be revered? No.  Walking with the Monstrance or putting it on a table at a Mass is identical to the sin of what eventually had the Bronze Serpent on the Pole being destroyed in 2 Kings 18:4.
4 Is the celebration of the Last Supper event scriptural and should be done? Yes, it should be celebrated as often as possible, as it is the same celebration in fulfillment of the Passover meal that is was done.
5 Should we think of the Eucharist and Wine in the Chalice as body and blood of Jesus Christ in a symbolic way? No in the symbolism of body and blood.  The Passover Lamb was NOT to have it's blood consumed.  At this start of this topic, the scripture verse of Leviticus 17:11, along with others, prohibits the drinking of blood.  Scriptures do not contradict scriptures.
6 Does the Last Supper, Passover, New Testament scriptures of Jesus Christ being the Bread of Life all help us to discern the meaning of John 6:52-59? Yes. the events are related.  Jesus Christ expected Israel to understand the symbolism and reason on the explanation of the Son of Man's purpose in taking our place in the payment for sins.  Also, the symbolism of God is the life source for everything.
7 Can we lose our Salvation by not receiving the Eucharist and Chalice of wine? No we can NOT lose our Salvation.
Here one reference of many from a Catholic source stating the Eucharist is required and that is INCORRECT!
Catholic Doctrine: Is the Eucharist necessary for salvation?
8 Can we participate in a worship event that states and believes the Eucharist and Wine are the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ even though they are not? Yes, as our worship of God is based on our heart felt love of God and in our thoughts knowing that metaphor is dealing with the Word of God for our life.
(a) The exception is any communion event that has Satanic overtones of any kind.
(b) A person can go to a Roman Catholic Mass and avoid specific prayers, rituals, and also communion where the person was there to worship God.
(c) All prayers to Mary any Person presumed to be in Heaven other God is blasphemy to God.  Many Roman Catholics are shocked by this statement where they only need to see the messages given by Mary at her presumed appearances that are against the scriptures (documented here) along with simple analysis of the mantra prayer to Mary.

What to read next?

What is Salvation?  Is it possible to lose Salvation?  We have eternal life.  Evolution is not real.  When a Christian suffers is there benefits from it.  Rewards in heaven.  Do we Tithe?  What does the 3rd Commandment tell us?  What is Grace and Mercy?  Is there an Age of Accountability?  Is there a place of unending punishment and exile form God?
