13 Some Great Sources

The Old and New Testament:

  1. Contains literally thousands and thousands of encryptions, with more being routinely discovered that are related to the Scriptures.
  2. Some retractors of the scriptures may state that nonsensical encryptions can be found in large volume of words in a book, but these retractor people are missing the point that the encryptions in the scriptures are NOT ludicrous, fabricated and contrived.
  3. Most encryptions have been found through very detailed manual processes by people like Ivan Panin, who is discussed later in this topic.
  4. In the last few decades, more and more newer encryptions are being found through the use of computer algorithms.
  5. Many encryptions have messages that are related to the plain text that the encryption was encoded and hidden in.
  6. Many encryptions are relevant to God's instructions in the entirety of the scriptures, and the others are related to history that has already occurred.
  7. While the Old and New Testament is called the Bible, an anthology of textual codices and manuscripts, another name for the Bible could be:
    "The Book of Endless Sevens"
because of the endless lists, known as the heptadic structure, of
    (a) reasons,
    (b) places,
    (c) adjectives,
    (d) words used,
    (e) topics related to one-another,
    (f) Micro and macro codes, and
    (f) so much more
that are in counts of sevens and multiples of seven where the totals of the sevens are
    (a) Contained in a scriptural passage only,
    (b) Contained only in one Book in either the Old or New Testament,
    (c) Is matching exactly to the same number of sevens in the Parallel History Information in Old Testament Prophets, Gospel New Testament Books, and
    (d) Require counting the list based on every occurrence in all the Old and New Testament books (not leaving out any book to make the total equal seven or be devisable by seven).

This topic on Biblical Thoughts, only mentions a few profound discoveries that should convince any skeptic of the reality.  These encryptions in the Scriptures, in the view point of many Biblical Scholars and this author, are to authenticate the source is from God and to give God glory

Besides Encryptions, there are also other patterns, models, and Gematria throughout the entire Old and New Testament.

Forward

With the advances in computer searching algorisms since the 1960s, there has been amazing discoveries and re-discoveries, listed or spoken about in rabbinical literature, of the encryptions that God has placed in this Scriptures that authenticate the source of the scriptures.  The resulting discoveries should be only considered as one small proof that only God could have encapsulated the results being found.  The sheer preponderance of thousands of patterns and encryptions argue against encryptions being there by accident.

The point that has to be considered is the statistical chance of:

to have conspired with one another and added encryptions to all of the Books of the Bible.

Today, with the use of computer searching algorisms, scholars and ordinary Christians, are finding these different types of Bible Codes (BC):  Consider these points concerning BC and the different types:

  1. Thousands and thousands of encryptions which have a hidden message that are often related and germane to the plain text's message which they are hidden within.  This category is known as Equidistant Letter Sequences (ELS).
  2. Micro codes.  An example of a Micro Code is the hidden message contained in the genealogy of Adam through Noah.
  3. Macro codes.  These are occurrences in the scriptures where God uses a place, name or scripture for multiple purposes that point to a singular purpose.  An example is Jesus Christ's resurrection is on the anniversary date after Noah Ark rests on Mt Ararat and also the same place the Abraham goes to sacrifice his son Isaac.
  4. Adding up the numerical values of letters in words or taking ELS groups to see if the values add up to numbers that are associated with God, man, Lucifer, etc.  This is known as Gematria.  One of the best well known examples is the Antichrist which his name equals 666.

Note: Seven is the number of completeness where there are many numerical values consistently used with the same meanings in the Bibles.

  5. Groups of verbs in use in an Epistle that either add up to seven or is a total which is divisible by seven.
  6. Groups of names in use in an Epistle that either add up to seven or is a total which is divisible by seven.
  7. Groups of terms used in one Epistle that the same account of an event in another Epistle, use unique verbs and names, which the other Epistle did not use where additionally the total either add up to seven or is a total which is divisible by seven.

In the world of secret transmissions, in war time, have used encryptions to hide instructions for spies and military movements throughout history.  The greatest difficulty is writing any transmission with a meaningful message that disguises the hidden encrypted message.

The scriptures list an interesting proverb:

Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honor of kings is to search out a matter.

Undeniably, the entire Word of God in the scriptures is written for anyone to read and understand.  We also know that God reveals more and more in our understanding of the scriptures as we recall scriptural passages and the context when reading other related passages.  The discovery process for all of us is an amazing revelation that the entire Bible is one package that is a never-ending discovery from God.

Note that there are some people who are against finding encryptions in the scriptures.  This author is fond of finding encryptions, but does not focus on them as the real importance is the plain text message.

The problems that detractors of the hidden encryptions in the Bible are:

Doubt and Criticism

It is always interesting to see people who will spend a great deal of effort to criticize and try to prove something wrong about the Bible. If this topic were about encryptions written in any ancient writing like the Egyptian Hieroglyphics, then there would only be praise and positive analysis coming from cryptologists and archeologists.  Because there is negative criticism, concerning any findings of the encryptions in the Bible, then this should point to the reality of it being worth investigation.

The criticisms and interesting points:

  1. Using any large volume of words, such as "Moby Dick" or "War and Peace", a computer search software algorithm can locate names, places and even small sentences.  The critics are missing these points:
    (a) The quantity of BCs that have been found in the Bible are very high.  All other literary or non-Biblical religious works, when using search algorithms only yield nonsensical encryptions sentences and words.
    (b) New higher dimensional encryptions are still being discovered through new more advanced algorithm no other literary work contains.
    (c) The BCs are often relevant to the scriptural passage's message in the plain text.

  2. Ivan Panin is most likely the greatest of the contemporary researchers that dedicated his life to cryptography in the Old and New Testament.  His work product is extremely extensive and is the basis of many great documentary works.  Some notables of his extensive work:
    (a) The use of sevens in the counts of words, vowels, sentences and phrases.
    (b) Unique groups of sevens in words and vowels that are not used in each Gospel that would have required Matthew, Mark, Luke and John to have written their Gospel versions at the same time, reading one another's works and then making sure they do not use specific words, counts of words and other areas.
    (c) The extensive depth, volume and complexities of Ivan's work statistically prove the scriptures source as God, as even from a secular point of view, if 50% of Ivan's finding contain conjectures, then the 50% that is correct is absolutely astounding to only draw one conclusion that God is the author of the scriptures.   (Note that if you are a critic, yes there are translational problems with many Bibles, but Ivan's work used the Hebrew and Greek source texts.)

  3. Hebrew lends itself to being able to contain BCs because of it high density words, where the ancient Hebrew did not contain written vowel but a vowel were inferred.  Modern day Hebrew's alphabet does contain vowel pointers called nikkudot or Niqqud to help with pronunciation.  Because of the uniqueness in Hebrew concerning vowels, then critics state that words can be sometimes inferred for matching modern-day renderings of a person, place or action, but this is not true because the rendering of a Hebrew word is known and not changed to fit a new model of rendering.  Click here for a good explanation, of many internet postings, concerning the Hebrew language written without vowels.

  4. Any work of searching must be done using the Hebrew Old Testament and Greek New Testament.  Searching through a translation into another language invalidates any findings.  Critics often discuss work done against other language translations of the Bible that bring up spurious results that go directly against the scriptures.

  5. It is interesting some of the numerical numbering of Sevens breach in counts of topics and names when using Old and New Testaments, which have hundreds and hundreds of years of separation of the writers.   The New Testament writers could not have the ability to count Old Testament occurrences to make sure their usage would add up to seven or a multiple of seven.

An Email to a Spy

Imagine a very simple scenario where you are trying to get information to one of your field agents that is a spy for your government and the spy is in a hostile foreign country.  You send emails to your spy in the other country knowing that the emails are going to be intercepted and read, where you do not want the true message of the email to be discovered.  It would be very difficult to come up with a message in the body of the email that uses ELS and still makes any sense.

In this example, consider that every first letter of a word is used to spell out a message.  The first thing you should notice is the plain text message is spurious and practically gives a reader a hint that there is something more intended to the recipient.

The message that needs to be encrypted and sent to your spy Leave the country at once as you have been discovered.
Plain text message Larry,

Expecting awesome victories everywhere today.  Harry's enthusiasm continues over understanding Nancy's treacherous rebellious youth.  Also, Ted's oblivious nature, considering everyone always sees you overtly understanding how a virtuous event becomes extremely exciting.  Nobel differences invite scandalous catastrophes over victorious events.  Remember everyones differences.

The recipient spy writes down the following and then guesses where the spaces are located. leavethecountryatonceasyouhavebeendiscovered

leave the country at once as you have been discovered

The Trees Encryption in Genesis

There is a very fascinating encryption series in the Book of Genesis surrounding the very verses that speak about the trees which has been reported to start at Genesis 1:29 and end at either Genesis 2:9 or Genesis 3:3.  Read through the scriptural passage listed below to get the context of the passage is dealing with trees, fruits, seeds, garden, plants and the Tree of Life

Genesis 1:29-2:9 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food: 30 and to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the heavens, and to everything that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for food: and it was so. 31 And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day. 2:1  And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God finished his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and hallowed it; because that in it he rested from all his work which God had created and made. These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that Jehovah God made earth and heaven. And no plant of the field was yet in the earth, and no herb of the field had yet sprung up; for Jehovah God had not caused it to rain upon the earth: and there was not a man to till the ground; but there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. And Jehovah God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. And Jehovah God planted a garden eastward, in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground made Jehovah God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

This author first learned about this encryption, shown below, while going through Chuck Missler's series on the book of Genesis.  The source is apparently from original work done by Daniel Michelson's published work in B'Or HaTorah, Volume 6, 1987, which has had some revisions and enhancements as more was discovered.

Not for Divination

As noted by many of the proponents of BCs found in the Scriptures, the BCs are:

  1. Not to be used for divination or predicting the future.
  2. Not for searching of anything satanic or ungodly as that goes into the realm of:
    (a) Astrology
    (b) Fortune Telling
    (c) Reincarnations
    (d) S ance
  3. Letters and words are not to be rearranged based on the interrelationship between words and ideas to find additional meanings.

Unfortunately, there is some very interesting work being done that is finding BCs that are dealing with modern day events.  If a prophecy is found then it should be to confirm an event to give glory to God and not for using BC to predict the future.

Note: there are several authors of books that are doing this very prohibited thing.  This author suggests that if there is a more detailed interest then start with the three authors listed below, in the History Section, and then decide if additional materials are needed.

History

From what is known, the ancient Rabbis of Israel and the Israelites, knew there was encryptions in the scriptures as far back as the time of Daniel, as Daniel interpreted the hand writing on the wall, written in Atbash, in Daniel 5.   The message was for King Belshazzar, who was ruling in his father King Nabonidus's place during his father's absence, stated in encryption that Daniel interpreted as "God hath numbered thy kingdom and finished it. Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.  Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and the Persians."

There are parchments, scrolls and books written about the skipping of letters in the scriptures that date back centuries.  From what is detailed in this link, the most recent known documents that reference ELS is from Rabbi Bachya ben Asher (1255-1340), who wrote about 4 letter 42 skipping for matters on the lunar month.

Within the last century, the work of the ancient knowledge has been rediscovered.  One noted book is from a fourteenth century Rabbi Rabbeynu Bachayah. Another book from the sixteenth century is Rabbi Moses Cordevaro.  Three of the best summary books concerning the history, examples and relevance is:

Cosmic Codes: Hidden Messages from the Edge of Eternity The Signature of God Ivan Panin's Numerics in Scripture: How Mathematics Proves Holy Scriptures
by Dr Chuck Missler. by Grant Jeffrey Mark Veder and Jim Thompson
Book and eight one hour MP3s & DVD presentation lecture.

Many of the examples of ELS described in this topic are from Chuck Missler and Grant Jeffrey's research, along with additional research done by this author from many, many sources.  There are also many other outstanding research works that are sited at the end of this topic.

Modern Day Names and Places Found?

One of the most fascinating additional discoveries in the ELS research is the finding of modern-day names in the Old Testament.  One of the best documented is the assassination of Ytzhak Rabin

The following list is not meant to be exhaustive, but was summarized in Chuck Missler's research and other sources from researchers who wrote and used computer algorithms to search for words, names and event in history.  Some notable finds are listed below, which is has unfortunately led to using the BCs in divination type ways:

  1. A work from Duron Witzum, Eliyahu Ripa, Yoav Rosenberg found:
    (a) 34 of the most prominent rabbis in history, their dates of birth and death.  Statistics was 1 in 775 million.
    (b) when given names of other well-known persons in history, they were not found.
  2. An amazing set of BC which also occurs within the relevant plain text is the Holocaust Codes that many Rabbis state is dealing with the consequences of Israel's rebellion against God.  One excellent article is found here.
Deuteronomy 31:15-18 15 Then the Lord appeared at the tent in a pillar of cloud, and the cloud stood over the entrance to the tent. 16 And the Lord said to Moses: You are going to rest with your ancestors, and these people will soon prostitute themselves to the foreign gods of the land they are entering. They will forsake me and break the covenant I made with them. 17 And in that day I will become angry with them and forsake them; I will hide my face from them, and they will be destroyed. Many disasters and calamities will come on them, and in that day they will ask, Have not these disasters come on us because our God is not with us? 18 And I will certainly hide my face in that day because of all their wickedness in turning to other gods.

Word Torah Found

Torah has a few meanings but is the name for the first five "scrolls" books written by Moses containing the Law, the Teaching and the Instructions.  The Book of Leviticus is the specific book on regulations for the priests of Israel, how people are to act and the to setup God's Kingdom.

One amazing example found by a Jewish Rabbi in Prague:

This is quite extraordinary and the statistical probability of this happening by accident are absurd.  This same Rabbi explained the finding as the two occurrences in the first two book point forward and the other two books point backwards to the Book of Leviticus, the book on Israel as a priestly people.

Isaiah 53 - Witnesses at the Crucifixion

The following is an excerpt from the Isaiah 53 Holy of Holies topic:

The first astounding list of encryptions found as noted from many different sources, which this author can't find the original work, can be summarized by:

  1. High Priest Caiphas.
  2. Elements of the Passover, where Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of Passover Lamb as detailed in the Crucifixion topic.
  3. Eleven of Disciples names:
    (a) James twice because there were two Disciples/Apostles named James
    (b) Bartholomew is not listed, which may mean he wasn't at the Crucifixion.
    (c) Judas Iscariot is not in the list.
  4. Mary, Jesus' earthly mother.  Mary Magdalene, Salome and the other Mary mentioned in the scriptures.  Two Marys visited the Garden Tomb.
  5. Other people from the scriptures that would point to the Crucifixion as from God or opposed against God.

This chart gives the details, as found on BibleProbe's BibleCode webpage, concerning Yacov Rambsel's work on the Suffering Servant in the book named "My Name is Jesus".  Note this author hasn't purchased this book yet, and the credit of the following table is either from Bible Code or the book.

The second astounding encryption found is:

In Isaiah 53:5, Yacov Rambsel of San Antonio, Tx found by skipping of every 12th letter spells out "Yeshua is My Name".  Y shua shmi.  Jeshua is the word Jesus in Hebrew.

Proverbs 30:4 - His Name is Jeshua / Jesus

A great favorite encryption of this author is found in Proverbs 30:4.  The Encryption is found by starting with the first yod, counting every 22nd letter spells Yeshua shai, which means "Yeshua, the Gift." Yeshua is Jesus in Hebrew.   Hidden in the very plain text is the identity of the question asked and the answer is Jesus.

Proverbs 30:4 Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Whose hands have gathered up the wind? Who has wrapped up the waters in a cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is the name of His son? Surely you know!

Book of Genesis - Stars to Serve in Seasons

This another example of so many encryptions found.  This author found it in a link by Chuck Missler on the "Appointed Times".  In Genesis 1:14, God is informing us that there will stars in sky that will move and designate the time of the year, days and much more.

Genesis 1:14 And God said, "Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years,

King David's genealogy predicted

In Genesis 38, in 49 letter increments the lineage of King David from Boas listed out in chronological order. The Book of Ruth gives the Story of Boaz seeing Ruth and becoming her kinsmen Redeemer.  From this author's understanding, Martin Luther wanted to have the Book of Ruth thrown out of the Bible because God is not mentioned in it.  There are actually several inscriptions in the Book of Ruth and this is one of the most profound.

What makes the encryption in Genesis 38 is this the book written by Moses, which is way before the Book of Ruth was written, where the genealogy of King David going back to Boaz could not have been guessed or even tried to be encrypted in the Book of Genesis.

An additional two incredible points on this genealogy encryption:

This is a screen capture from the nicely done graphic from Chuck Missler's study in Genesis.  Chuck credits this from a 1967 book from Russian Jews documentation that was verified in Israel.

Some great sources

Take a look at this link from Grant Jeffrey which is a wonderful read that discusses the matter on the "Signature of God".  Another two great links from Chuck Missler are "Beloved Numerologist" and "Hidden Codes in the Bible".

What to read next?

At a future time in Revelation 1:7, Jesus Christ will have the world see what He did for all of mankind and for even those who did not accept Him. What is Salvation?  Is it possible to lose Salvation?  We have eternal life Evolution is not real.  When a Christian suffers is there benefits from it.  Rewards in heaven.  Do we Tithe?  What does the 3rd Commandment tell us?  What is Grace and Mercy?  Is there an Age of Accountability?  Is there a place of unending punishment and exile form God?
